It's Time to Let Go

Yesterday, Meo and I went to Starmall to send money to his family through Western Union. Afterwards, we decided to go food tripping but due to innumerable scrumptious food, we ended up at Tropical Hut. We even saw some of my officemates namely Papa Jim, Angie, Donald and Japs.

It was my first time to dine in Tropical Hut and I loved their macaroni salad. We ate palabok and salad, and dine-out a spaghetti for my little brother.

We took a cab to our house. The taxi was tuned in to 101.10, playing RnB and making the ride mellow. It was the first time I felt very relax for a very long time again.

"It's time to let go... It's time to let go... It's time to let go..."

It kept echoing in my head like a mantra. For unknown reasons, it just goes on and on and on.

As I entered my room, I realized how messy the room was. Like a hypnotized person, I started to pick up pieces of paper. Then fixed up scattered books while picking dirty socks along. My computer is not working right now so I put it aside to lessen the clutter in the room. I brought in a Orocan storage cabinet to store my stuffs. I am an "Abubot Girl" that is why I some place to store my "abubots".

"It's time to let go... It's time to let go... It's time to let go..."

Darn, it's freaky! After an hour, my room was dazzling clean. Woohoo! What an achievement. I manage to dispose a large plastic of garbage after cleaning.

"It's time to let go... It's time to let go... It's time to let go..."

I prepared and cooked dinner, "sinigang na galunggong". Later in the night, I read PHP book about Object-Oriented Programming.

When I hit the bed, it was freakingly weird. Those words are still lingering in my head. "It's time to let go..." until i fell asleep.

Up until now, I am still wondering why.
